#OperationUpstream
#OperationTDY
#OperationUpstream is an initiative spearheaded by Forever Warriors. The goal is to not only educate the family members of our future Military leaders ahead of them raising their right hand, but to build a community of support for those family members to utilize while their loved one is away.
#OperationTDY is a Forever Warriors initiative that focuses on our Military Children. #OperationTDY is designed to help Elementary, Middle and High School Students cope and adjust to the unique challenges of military life, such as frequent moves and deployment separation.
#OperationTDY's goal is to provide tangible support for the Military Family, an ecosystem, a tribe, an in-person network that we're able to call on when times are rough. We are creating, will maintain and grow an environment that is eager to assist one another in times of crisis, no matter how small. When our Military Children struggle with transition or deployments, us parents not only have the courage to pick up the phone and call one another and ask for help, support, encouragement but the confidence to also be able to answer that phone call with trust and provide compassionate empathy.

Forever Warriors is a private foundation stood up by Step One Automotive Group to support existing community programs serving the military and helping provide resources where gaps exist.
